Azita Ghanizada

Azita An. Ghanizada (born in Afghanistan) is an Afghan American Actress in the United States. She has appeared in many television programs. She was born in Northern Virginia and is the middle daughter from two siblings. Her family raised her with two sisters in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada's on-air career began by appearing in a variety of National Commercials. The Laura Neri film A Kiss on the Nose (2004) Ghanizada portrayed the main character of Chiara an appearance for which she received a film festival best actress nomination. Her television guest-starring roles include How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Bones Psych and Castle. The most recent role she has played is a role as a support for the character of Blood Shot, (2009) inspired by the science fiction film Blood Shot and independent comedy You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada made her debut in 2008 when she was cast part of General Hospital's primetime spinoff, General Hospital. In season 2, Night Shift, Ghanizada played Dr. Saira Bhatra who is an holistic physician. In 2009, Ghanizada played Kelly as a Prada sales girl in HBO's Entourage and was a part of the cast of the television pilot Tough Trade from Weeds creator Jenji Kohan, as well as executive producer T Bone Burnett.
